Honestly can’t believe this is a one star hotel! It’s in a beautiful Italian townhouse surrounded by restaurants and literally a minute away from the main terminal and 20 minutes walk from the centre of Rome. The room was outstanding, really beautiful and clean with all the facilities. The owner Laura was so lovely and helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was okay. She helped me plan my travel routes and made sure I knew where I was going. I can’t get over how good the hotel was for what I paid, it was really amazing and so cheap! would definitely recommend.

Great place. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and it had all the necessities. Laura was very welcoming and helped us plan our trip, by recommending restaurants and informing us about the transportation system. The hotel is located close to the train station and the metro station. Also, it is near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy. We were given the option to leave our luggage even after check-out. I highly recommend it.

Located 5 minutes from Roma Termini station it's a great starting point for exploring Rome with quick access to both Metro lines A & B and numerouns bus lines. A variety of decent to very good restaurants in the area are great for dinner before retreating for a night's rest. The Guesthouse is clean and comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room is a reasonable size for its price. The location is excellent just a few steps away from Roma Termini station. If you would to visit Rome- would be good to base near the central station and Evergreen for me is the right accommodation for my short stay in Rome. Though the breakfast is not served you can easily eat breakfast just a few steps away from the property. Try Sicily and Binerio Cafe just in front Roma Termini- it's a good experience
